Welcome to Quickdry! We offer specialized cleaning services including carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, mould cleaning, and flood restoration. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Service Agreement:

  • Services Provided: We provide carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, mould cleaning, and flood restoration services.
  • Geographical Coverage: Our services are available in Darwin, Palmerston, and the rural area.

Payment Terms:

  • Methods of Payment: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: : If you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 3 days to schedule a “Fix-Up Appointment.” If dissatisfaction persists after the appointment, we may issue a refund. Cancellations must be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time, or a cancellation fee of $66 will apply.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Preparation for Service: Ensure all personal belongings are removed and clear access is provided to the areas needing work.

Dispute Resolution:

Amendments to Terms:

  • Changes to Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may be updated at Quickdry’s discretion and will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for any changes.

Limitation of Liability:

  • Quickdry will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services beyond the cost of the service paid by the client, except as provided by law.
